Kathy Horelica
Kathy has over two decades of experience within the commercial lending landscape ranging from retail sales, back-office support including loan analysis, processing and closing loans, to years working in the secondary market, specializing in SBA/USDA, Kathy Horelica resides in rural Central Texas and holds a BA in Finance.
She and her family moved to the country in 2018 previously residing in the Houston and Austin area. Kathy and her husband, Jason, live on a farm with five trained mini pigs that sit, spin, shake and love belly rubs and have roughly 110 chickens mostly named after Pokémon, two spoiled Cane Corso and a Belgian Malinois.
They have three children. Their daughter is currently pursuing a degree in Veterinary Medicine, their oldest son is a professional BMX stunt bike rider, most recently performing in the Sea World Cirque show Xceleration in Orlando, FL, and their other son is proudly serving our nation in the Air Force currently stationed in Florida as an F35 engineer.
When not tending to the farm animals, Kathy is frequently found gardening, foraging, reading and canning. When time permits, she loves car shows and restoring old vehicles. She is currently working on her first book which will be published at the beginning of 2025.
